A comparative assessment of the occurrence of hyperesthesia after a course of home teeth whitening with various kits

Aim to assess the sensitivity of hard dental tissues after home teeth whitening with various kits.
 Material and methods. The study involved 45 people aged from 20 35 years enamel color A3 darker on Vita Classical scale arranged in chromatic order. Using random sampling method, all patients were divided into 3 groups, 15 each group. course lasted for 14 days following administration a remineralization therapy 2 weeks. presence hypersensitivity was evaluated before whitening, days, 7 weeks 1 month.
 Results. revealed highest incidence hyperesthesia during first group, who used hydrogen peroxide content 10%. Presumably, high percentage occurrence 2nd degree this group resulted use as component, which is more aggressive agent, if compared carbamide peroxide.
 Conclusion. Home using system containing 22% eliminates risk tooth hyperesthesia, since gel individual trays, introduction amorphous calcium phosphate does not cause fluid movement dentinal tubules, thereby causing teeth.
